What is the difference between extra virgin olive oil and classic olive oil?
Extra virgin olive oil is the highest grade of olive oil and is obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical methods. Its acidity does not exceed 0.8 and is a perfectly natural product.
Olive oil (or classic olive oil) is a mixture of processed (refined) olive oils and virgin olive oils. Its acidity does not exceed 1. However, it is a product of lower quality than extra virgin olive oil.
What are Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) products and what their markings mean?
"Designation of origin" means a designation identifying a product originating from a specific place, region or, in exceptional cases, a country whose quality or characteristics are or are mainly due to the particular geographical environment, including the natural and human factors inherent in it, and all stages of production of which carried out within the demarcated geographic area.
"Geographical indication" means a designation identifying a product originating from a specific place, region or country whose particular quality, reputation or other characteristics can be attributed mainly to its geographical origin and of which at least one the production stages carried out within the defined geographic area. Is it safe to pay by card or transfer payments?
Payments are only made by bank transfer to our contracting bank National Bank Of Greece (NBG Greece), or PAYPAL account. If you connected to the NBG, we offer direct payments. They will transfer to your bank on the internet, where you can log in as usual. After payment, you will return to ELEOFARM PC.
Send invoice
Sending an invoice is by sending an email with the exact amount to be paid and your confirmation within 48 hours for your payment so that we can launch the shipment. You will then receive an invoice along with the goods and the approval of the purchase or the tracking number if it is shipped abroad.

Return of Ordering Products

ELEOFARM PC takes all possible steps to ensure that the products packaged adequately and carefully to reach you without damage. Some of our products are fragile and sensitive. For this reason, ELEOFARM PC, in consultation with the transporters, sends these products with special marking and appropriate packaging, which ultimately protects them against any damage during transportation or storage.

However, in the event of deterioration, the following applies:

• At the time of receipt by the courier. In rare cases, the item you receive may damage during transport. If, at the time of arrival by the courier, you find that there is damage to the packaging or product, then do not proceed with it. In this case, the customer only charged for shipping costs. It was necessary at the time of receipt of your order from the courier to check the products, especially if the packaging shows signs of wear, punching, burglary. b) return and issue a discount coupon of equal value with the returned product for use in future purchases.

The damaged product must be a return to its original packaging and all supporting documents originally accompanying it—the return shipping costs for the customer to ELEOFARM PC exclusively for the customer. ELEOFARM PC will either replace or issue a discount coupon (A or B) only after receipt of the damaged product. If you receive a different product from your order, then only the above action (return and replacement) is valid. Company's compliance is under 14-day and 20-day deadlines certified from the date of receipt of the relevant email from ELEOFARM PC.

The pack was damaged when I got it - what do I do?
